A TEACHER who sued a Thurrock school as well as Thurrock Council for £250,000 has lost his case.
Ockendon resident, Jean Camurat took both organisations to the High Court earlier this month
But in a detailed ruling, the judge has dismissed the claim of malicious falsehood, breach of contract, misrepresentation and negligence.
A spokesperson for Thurrock Council said: “Thurrock Council was always confident in its case and was disappointed it had to defend itself in the High Court.
“Full costs have been requested.”
