ESSEX Police have charged a third man in connection with their investigation into the death of a man found in a container at Tilbury Docks on Saturday August 16.
Martin McGlinchey, aged 47, of Derryloughan Road, Coalisland, Dungannon, in County Tyrone, has been charged with conspiring to facilitate illegal entry into the United Kingdom.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Basildon Magistrates Court on Monday September 8.
