THE King of Rock and Lord of the Love Song comes to Grays Shopping Centre this Saturday – 7 February to celebrate the most romantic day of the year – Valentines Day.
During the day, shoppers in the Centre buying romantic cards and gifts for their loved ones can get up close and personal with Elvis lookalike Gary King and have their photo taken with him and pose with the artist who “just wants to be your teddy bear.” All photos taken will be placed on the Centre’s facebook page and shoppers invited to ‘like’ and ‘comment’ on the romantic gallery of pictures.
Pictures receiving the most ‘likes’ and ‘comments’ will win gifts for themselves or their loved ones!
“With Valentines Day a week away, we thought our activity would be a timely reminder for our shoppers that if they do not want to fall out of favour with their loved ones, they should be buying a card or memento of their love,” says Keith Evans, Centre Manager of the Grays Shopping Centre.”
“They say that music is the food of love,” continues Keith “and we hope that our Elvis lookalike will remind shoppers that they ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’ or even get them thinking about an ‘Hawaiian Wedding Song!!!”
