THURROCK Council is set to go to court to evict a set of travellers.
A number of travellers have set up camp on the car parking spaces on there Stanley Road car park.
Thurrock Council has informed YT that the Essex County Traveller Unit is taking the necessary court action on Friday.
YT is also seeking to establish whether any parking fines have been issued.
