AN AVELEY woman is set to appear in court over the alleged mis-treatment of 76 dogs in her care.
Teresa Wade, 53, of 18 Ship Lane, Aveley, was charged under Section 18 of the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
The charge arises after 76 dogs were examined in October, 2014, by a vet and declared that they were either suffering unnecessarily or would be likley to suffer if not removed from the premises. .
