A NUMBER of drivers have expressed their frustration at being stuck in the Thurrock Moto Services car park on Bank Holiday Monday afternoon.
Drivers had been stuck for well over an hour.
YT contacted Essex Police who confirmed that there were no road traffic incidents. It appeared that the jams were simply down to sheer volume of traffic as thousands descended on the Lakeside Retail Park.
With police resources stretched (Southend promotion parade etc) it was unlikely that the police would attend to direct traffic.
