Update: 1330 hrs
POLICE were called shortly before 12pm to The Mall in Grays after reports of a man injured.
Officers attended and found a man with serious injuries which are potentially life-threatening and consistent with a fall from a height.
The man has been taken to the Royal London hospital for treatment. There are no suspicious circumstances.

YT understands that there are reports of police activity in the Grays area.
It has been reported that the air ambulance has landed on Kilverts Field, near to Argent Street in Grays.
Other sources have seen both paramedics and police near the back of the Queensgate complex in Grays High Street/Clarence Road, Grays.
