A GRAYS couple are set to stand trial over an alleged sickening assault on a man in Grays.
Jana Hudeckova (32) Cromwell Road in Grays is charged with the following: On the 23rd June 2014 at Grays, aided, abetted, counselled and procured, Robert Schon, to assault Michal Mester, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.
Robert Schon (29), (same address) is charged with: On the 23rd June 2014 at Grays, assaulted a make, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.
The charge details a sustained assault on the victim which saw him allegedly punched, kicked and having his anus penetrated with an object.
The charge also alleges that this assault was filmed on the Hudeckova’s phone with intent to distribute to third parties.
They have been bailed until their next appearance at Basildon Crown Court on September 1st, 2015.
Both have entered a not guilty plea.
