THURROCK Adult Community College is celebrating its 40th year of adult learning delivered at the Grays Adult Education Centre and to celebrate they are having a party for staff, volunteers, students past and present on Tuesday 7th July at 12 noon to 3 pm.
If you currently attend college or are a previous learner or staff member you’re welcome to attend, be good to see many faces to celebrate the occasion.
A spokesperson said: "The focus of the party is ‘How do you celebrate birthdays in your culture?’ We would like to reflect the rich diversity of our learners and staff and in doing so, we’d like your ideas and contributions of typical party food, drink, games and decorations from your culture, please join us at our ‘Bring & Share’ lunch.
"We’ll also be celebrating the success of our 2014/15 Learners.
