A TILBURY man is set for trial over an alleged hit and run in Grays.
William Brazil, 52, Sullivan Road, Tilbury faces the following charges.
On 27/04/2015 in Grays, you drove a Citroen Dispatch dangerously on a road, namely A1013 at the junction with Rectory Road, Grays.
On 27/04/2015 in Grays, you drove said motor vehicle while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
On 27/04/2015 in Grays, being the driver of a Citroen Dispatch, an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person, rammed victims vehicle from the carriageway causing it to collide with two other vehicles and road furniture and both victims sustained whiplash injuries, both victims were cut free from the vehicle by fire and rescue, defendants vehicle failed to stop.
No trial date has been set.
The defendant pleads not guilty.
