THE DEPUTY chairman of the Conservative Party campaigned in Thurrock over the weekend and was shocked by the state of the borough.
Harlow MP Robert Halfon and his team made an early start on Sunday morning to help the campaign to elect the Conservative candidate Tony Coughlin on Thursday September 10th.
Tories claim that they are consistently coming across littler and fly-tipping throughout the ward as the leaflet.
Mr Halfon went onto twitter to state: "Rubbish not cleared by Labour Council in West Thurrock,Mill Lane.
"Need Conservative Tony Coughlin elected on Thursday (Sept 10th).
