A TILBURY man is set to attend court over the alleged theft of over £10,000 of musical equipment.
David Haines (25), Spindles, Tilbury is accused of the following.
"On 19/06/2015 at Burnham-on-Crouch, stole selection of musical equipment to the value of £10,000 belonging to Timothy Aves.
Contrary to section 1(1) and 7 of the Theft Act 1968.
