On 21/07/2015 at Tilbury, without lawful excuse, destroyed by fire property to the value of £31000.00 in total belonging to Hollie Ruskin, Barry Palmer and Ashford Estates intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
Mills has been granted unconditional bail.
He has pleaded not guilty.
