THE THURROCK Toes have demanded action on the growing nuisance of quad bikes in the borough.
A motion was presented at Thurrock Council by Blackshots councillor, Joy Redsell. whose residents have had to endure the menace of quad bikers on Blackshots fields.
Both Labour and UKIP supported such measures but questioned where the Tories thought the resources were coming from?
