THURROCK Council is set to go to court over an unlawful encampment in Tilbury.
The court listing at Chelmsford magistrates is as follows:
Complaint that persons and the vehicles in which they are residing are present on land, namely TILBURY RECREATION GROUND, AKA DAISY FIELDS/ KING GEORGES FIELD, TILBURY, in contravention of a direction given under section 77 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.
