Thurrock 3 v 1 Redbridge
THEY had to dig deep but they go there in the end as Thurrock beat Redbridge 3-1 at Ship Lane.
Redbridge shocked their hosts by going ahead through Charlie Parish in the third minute.
Lewis Spence levelled in the 36th minute. But then it was a long hard battle for supremacy that Thurrock eventually won through with late goals by Joe Christou in the 84th and 90th minutes.
The result keeps Thurrock in fourth place, seven points off the top with four games in hand.
Thurrock return to action with an away match against Barkingside on Monday.
