ESSEX firefighters are tackling a fire in a semi-detached house in Broxburn Drive, South Ockendon.
The incident commander reports that 50% of the first floor is alight and the entire house is smoke logged.
Firefighters in breathing apparatus are using two hose reel jets to tackle the blaze.
