ESSEX Firefighters have been called to a fire in a mid-terrace house in Daiglen Drive, South Ockendon.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus are using two hose reel jets to tackle the fire. The fire was contained to a bedroom on the first floor.
Update 16:14hrs – The fire is out now out. Crews used a positive pressured fan to clear smoke from the property. Five people have been made homeless following the blaze.
