A MAN who stole a bicycle belonging to a man with cerebral palsy has received a community order at court.
Liam Davis (27) of Mill Lane, Grays pled guilty at Basildon magistrates court to the theft of a specially adapted bike worth £1500 in Chadwell St Mary in November, 2015.
He also pled guilty to the theft of another bike valued £400 and £800 worth of alcohol from a shop in Grays.
He was fined £1200.
