THE MANAGING Director of C2C, Julian Drury, met with his customers on the concourse of Fenchurch Street Station on Thursday evening.
Southend MP Sir David Amess firstly spoke and gave no-one in any doubt as to where he stood.
Mr Drury then, in mannered and considerate tones, absorbed the concerns and criticisms of the commuters, who have not been very happy with the new timetable.
