ESSEX Police have now identified a man who died after his car entered the water at Tilbury Docks on Tuesday April 19.
He is Kelvin Grossmith, aged 45, from Westcliff-on-Sea.
A police investigation is continuing to establish how the car ended up in the water but Mr Grosssmith’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
