ESSEX Police were contacted by the ambulance service shortly after 5pm on Saturday May 7, following the sudden death of a woman aged in her 40s inside a property in Dudley Close in Chafford Hundred.
Officers remain at the scene making enquiries and following initial investigations the death is being treated as suspicious.
A 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection with her death.
