ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses after a car and a motorcycle were involved in a collision in London Road, Stanford-le-Hope.
It happened at about 3.30am this morning, Saturday, May 14, and involved a white Yamaha motorcycle and a silver Ford Focus.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s from Grays, was taken to hospital with a broken leg.
Officers have conducted a voluntary interview with the driver of the Focus, a 21-year-old man from Tilbury.
Anyone who saw the collision or has any other information is asked to contact Pc Simon Newman at Laindon road policing unit on 101.
