LAST week saw the publication of the 2015 UCAS Competitors Report and the statistics showed that Palmer’s College students had received more offers from universities than their competitors.
Palmer’s College saw an increase in UCAS applications of 11%, whereas their competitors only had a 2% increase and the statistics for Palmer’s students being accepted into university last year was ahead of their competitors by 7%.
Mark Vinall, Principal, said: “These statistics evidence the good work that tutors, teachers and support staff all do in supporting our students in submitting well thought out, high quality UCAS applications.”
Palmer’s College Careers Adviser Nancy Drysdale said: “This is a great result and testament to the hard work of our students and staff, our next goal is to increase these numbers for next year.”
