JOHN Hicks aka "Tattoo John’ has been fined £170 for being drunk and disorderly in the centre of Grays.
Hicks, aged 54, of Marine Court, Purfleet pled guilty to the following.
On 18/05/2016 at Grays, in a public place, namely Morrison’s Car Park, 1 London Road, Grays, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour.
