A WOMAN has been photographed allegedly using the Grays war memorial as a toilet.
YT understand that the photograph was taken on Thursday June 30th but has been widely seen on social media on the day that the country gathered together to remember all those who suffered in the Battle of the Somme.
Earlier this year, a woman was charged with urinating on the war memorial.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "Essex Police has been made aware of a photograph of a woman outraging public decency in circulation and is investigating. Enquiries are ongoing."
