The Labour spokesperson on finance, cllr Oliver Gerrish quizzed the portfolio holder on the question of next years council tax, a sum that will be set in a few months time.
Labour appear to believe that there is going to be a massive hike in council tax as the Tories push through their plans to cut back on local government spending.
