Teenager charged over stabbing in Grays

A TEENAGER has been charged in connection with the stabbing of an 18-year-old man in Grays.

The 16-year-old boy from Harlow will appear before Chelmsford Magistrates tomorrow (Monday).

The incident happened on Wednesday November 16 when an 18-year-old man was stabbed after refusing to hand over his bike on Grays High Street.

He has been charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of class A drugs with intent to supply and possession of Class A and Class B drugs.

The incident happened on Wednesday November 16 when an 18-year-old man was stabbed after refusing to hand over his bike on Grays High Street.

On Friday November 18 officers arrested a 16-year-old on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm in connection with the incident.

A boy, from Harlow, remains in custody.
