THURROCK Labour councillors have expressed their dismay at the conduct of a number of Conservative councillors at Wednesday night’s meeting.
Cllr Barbara Rice said: “Can I just say that the tone of this meeting is the lowest I have ever experienced”
A member of the public, Ms Neeta Jurek, who came along to ask a question said: “I am frightened to ask a question”.
