Pupils bring festive cheer to Orsett Hospital

CHILDREN from Orsett CofE Primary School brought a touch of Christmas to the corridors of Orsett Hospital with carols and festive songs for patients, visitors and staff.

The children spent 50 minutes singing hit after hit in the main outpatients waiting area, including one carol with sign language, before they trooped upstairs to do a special shorter concert for our renal patients.

Pam Charlesworth, nurse and site manager, said: “It is the third year the children have performed for us and each year gets better, and louder. They were once again absolutely wonderful and everyone who heard them was left in a festive mood.”
