IT looks like UKIP councillor Luke Spillman is the proverbial dog with the political bone when it comes to the Gloriana project.
Despite a number of failed attempts to get a question asked and even a port of order, he still managed to get a point across at a Thurrock Council meeting on Wednesday night.
