A MAN from Horndon has been fined for being in possession of drugs.
David Bell, aged 30, of Vincent Avenue, Horndon on the Hill, pled guilty to the following at Basildon magistrates court.
1. On 07/01/2017 at Horndon On The Hill had in your possession a wrap of cocaine a controlled drug of class A in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
2. On 07/01/2017 at Horndon On The Hill had in your possession a quantity of Diazepam, a controlled drug of class C in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
3. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Basildon Crown Court on 08/12/2016 for the offences of dangerous driving, no licence, no insurance, possesion of cocaine, drug driving.
Bell was fined a total of £275.00
