AN angry war of words broke out at Thurrock Council on Wednesday night as councillors from all three parties continue to fall out over the budget for the coming year.
By law a council must set a budget. Last month they certainly passed a council tax but there were elements that were still up in the air.
Deputy leader of the council, Shane Hebb announced that they were going to review they way they put the budget together.
Over the next twenty minutes, the arguments became increasingly intense. But once again, the theme of a lack of communication continued throughout the agenda item.
