WELL over one hundred people enjoyed a sumptuous cream tea and perfect Pimms, at St. Thomas’ Church Hall, Grays last Saturday.
This annual social gathering was in aid of HCPT Group 831, a charity offering pilgrimage holidays to Lourdes in the south of France for disabled and disadvantaged people.
Event organiser, Pierina Kavanagh, said: “We are immensely grateful to those who attended or donated. Thanks to them over £1200 pounds was raised.”
