THE impressive start to the season by East Thurrock continued with an away victory against high-flying Dartford.
A gola in the 20th minute by Sam Higgins was enough to give all three points to the Corringham side.
The result leaves East Thurrock in third place just a point off the top.
They return to league action at home on Saturday to Wealdstone.
