Be the best version of you: Learn Mindfulness at TACC
TAKE care of your wellbeing by learning mindfulness or meditation techniques on new courses, this spring, at the Grays Adult Education Centre in Richmond Road. There are a range of workshops (only £2.70) and longer courses including, by popular demand, an extended ‘Practice Mindfulness’ course to practise mindful living skills every day.
Mindfulness has enormous benefits for physical and mental health and is something that everyone can develop and gain from as an everyday tool as well as helping people to cope better with stress, depression, anxiety.
The next Mindfulness workshop is on Wednesday 24 January from 7pm to 9pm with another available on Saturday 24 March from 10am-12noon. Practice Mindfulness runs for 4 weeks from 26 February 2018, 10am to 11.30am.
The College also offers a six week Meditation course on Tuesday afternoons and an 8 week Yoga for Beginners course on Tuesday mornings.
