The club has played at Ship Lane, which sits between Lakeside and Aveley, since they started in 1985.
Founder and chairman, Tommy South had told fans last year that he would be putting the ground up for sale and that he is standing down at the end of the season.
It remains to be seen whether the land continues to be used for football or another purpose.
