ESSEX Firefighters assisted at the scene of a road traffic collision in South Road, South Ockendon on Monday morning.
On arrival, crews confirmed that one man in his sixties was trapped following the incident, which involved two vehicles.
Firefighters managed to release the man by 6.51am, before leaving him in the care of the Ambulance Service.
