A BULPHAN man has been charged with driving whilst under the influence of cocaine.
Carl Edwards, aged 29, of Stanley Road, Bulphan was charged with the following.
On 25/02/2019 at Grays drove a motor vehicle, namely Black BMW on a road, namely Dock Road and The Willows, Grays, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Cocaine, in your blood, namely 59 ug/L of Cocaine, exceeded the specified limit.
On 25/02/2019 at Grays had in your possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
He has been remanded on unconditional bail until July 2nd at Basildon magistrates court.
