TODAY, Amazon announced that it will create 2,000 new jobs in the UK during 2019, in a move that will take its total permanent workforce to more than 29,500 by the end of the year.

More than 50 jobs in Amazon are available for professionals in fields such as IT, Safety and Engineering at sites across Tilbury and Basildon.

Expert professionals at these sites help to build and continually improve how Amazon delivers for customers and play a crucial role in the running of Amazon’s operations in the area and around the world.

Amazon also has a number of positions for graduates in technical, non-technical and Operations roles. Graduates at Amazon lead teams that work on key projects and help the company to provide an even better shopping experience for customers. Amazon has partnerships with a number of universities to support graduates into these roles and also welcomes applications.
