Telugu language book exhibition at Grays Library

NAVSAMAJDARPAN (NSD), a UK-based social service, cultural, voluntary welfare organisation successfully completed first ever Telugu language books exhibition at Grays library.

Books from general category, devotional and kindergarten and many more books were displayed in this event.

During the exhibition, people from different places visited Grays library and learned more about the South Indian language Telugu.

A spokesperson said: “We all from NSD members received very good feedback not only from the British Telugu community but also non-Telegu community members.

A few visitors advised us to get the translation of the Telugu to English language so, that non-Telegu people can also read and understand.

“In this event, we discussed and decided to conduct free weekend Telugu language lessons

“On this auspicious event day, NSD announced that their website will launched on August 31st.

“NSD thanks Dr KV Ramanachary IAS (Retd) advisor to Telangana State Government, India by providing most of the books in India for the NSD as well as Gnanam Foundation and Thurrock’s Libraries Manager Rosalyn Jones, Grays Library Supervisor Joseph Cooper for their support.
