Adult college re-opens in September

THURROCK Adult Community College (TACC) reopens its doors to learners in September with three events where you can visit the college and find out about the wide range of adult learning courses on offer and the support you can get (eg. childcare, financial and learning). If you want to learn new skills, get a qualification, change your career or just do something for yourself come and see what they have to offer at their college in Richmond Road, Grays, RM17 6DN.

Joining in social activities, like learning, can really help you to feel engaged and boost your mood. As well as a wide range of leisure learning courses the college offers a free WELL programme, offering a suite of courses to support good mental and promote personal development.

TACC’s open events will run on Thursday 5th from 4.30pm to 8.30pm then Friday 6th and Saturday 7th September from 9.30am to 2.30pm.

Many vocational qualification courses and GCSEs only start in September. Pre-course assessments for these, ESOL courses and free English/Maths courses will be running during the open events.
