ARTHUR Bugler Primary School in Stanford-le-Hope is currently celebrating after it was announced they have been shortlisted for the Healthy Living Award at the Thurrock Civic Awards 2020.

The Thurrock Civic Awards is a significant event which celebrates local people and organisations in the borough that make a positive difference to their communities.

Arthur Bugler Primary School (otherwise known as The Fun Factory) are delighted to be acknowledged by the Thurrock Civic Awards and recognised for the work they do to support the wellbeing of children, staff, parents and the wider community.

Mr John Bryant, Headteacher at Arthur Bugler Primary School said; “As a school we are delighted to be finalists for another award that recognises that our school has a real focus on the mental health and well-being of all children and staff to ensure that everyone can be the best that they can be in a safe and secure environment”.

The final for the Awards is being held on Friday 28th February 2020 where Arthur Bugler Primary School will discover the final result. We wish them all the best of luck!
