Thurrock businesses offered support boost through new scheme
‘Back to Business Essex’ has been launched to provide help to businesses in the county as they attempt to overcome the effects of Covid-19.
Delivered by Let’s Do Business Group’s expert support team in Essex, Back to Business Essex provides up to 12 hours of free support covering everything from business planning and refining your marketing strategy to identifying sources of funding, building local supply chains and relocating premises.
Alongside this, the Let’s Do Business finance arm, Let’s Do Business Finance, is an accredited delivery partner of the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme with government-backed loans from £50k – £100k. Let’s Do Business Finance also continue to deliver flexible and affordable Business Loans from £3k to £100k and Start-Up Loans from as little as £500 to £25k.

Fully-funded by Essex County Council the ‘Back to Business Essex’ service aims to help SME owners overcome any barriers and concerns facing their return to work as well as invest in opportunities to scale-up.
Essex County Councillor Tony Ball, Cabinet Member for Economic Development, said: “Businesses are crucial to the Essex economy and it’s important we support them as much as we can, particularly through significant change in business markets and financial uncertainty. If we want Essex to be the place to do business, and for our economy to expand and thrive, we need to take action to help businesses make this happen.”
