NIKITA Charykin from Thurrock Swimming Club has been selected as a member of the Swim England National Development programme 2020.
This year, the camp will be run via Zoom where swimmers will listen to presentations and contribute into the programme. Nikita was selected onto this prestigious camp following his success at this year’s Essex Championships. Not only did he finish Top Boy in the 14 year age group, Nikita broke many county records and posted many times which ranked him in the top 5 nationally.
Swim England organise a series of development programmes that provide a pathway to support young swimmers in their quest to achieve senior international podium success. Congratulations Nikita!
