GRAYS Athletic dropped two vital points in their pursuit of promotion on Saturday.
Goals by Winn (14) and Campbell (71 and 75) should have seen the Blues home but Basildon’s scorers were Allen (39, 90) and Pethers (45).
The result leaves Grays Athletic still outside the play-off places.
They are in sixth place, two points off the play-off places with just four games left.
They return to league action on Saturday away to Great Wakering Rovers and then Monday at home to East Thurrock United.
