Police appeal to trace two men after serious public order offence in Chafford Hundred

ESSEX Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate two men, in connection with an investigation into a serious public order offence in October 2023 in Chafford Hundred. 

John Ward, 31 from Navestock is described as a white man, of a stocky build with brown hair. He has tattoos on his arms. 

Andrew Cross, 57 from Canvey Island is described as having greying hair. 

We want to speak with both men and are appealing for the publics help to locate them.
