A MAN will appear at court charged with theft from a shop.
Simon Lawrence, 28, of Gresham Road, East Ham, will appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on 28 March to answer the charge.
It follows the theft of 70 small totes, valued at £700, which were stolen from a shop in Grays on 7 February.
