The hearing takes place on August 2nd, 2024.

  • Discreditable Conduct

Anthony Peltier became a Special Constable in 2005. It is alleged that whilst serving as a Special Constable and during his employment as Head Teacher at a Primary School (up to and including his resignation from that role in March 2018), former Special Constable Peltier sexually harassed several female members of school staff by touching them inappropriately and/or making sexual comments to them.

It is alleged that in acting this way former Special Constable Anthony Peltier breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct.

The behaviour set out above is alleged to amount to gross misconduct and as such if proven, would have justified his dismissal and entry onto the College of Policing Barred list.

The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the Hearing as appropriate.

  1. Let’s hope they investigate the trust/academy that was fully aware of this but decided to cover it up.
How this was dealt with was disgraceful especially for staff members .

  2. The Trust definitely needs to be investigated further for safeguarding issues, this was definitely covered up. A lot more went on that is being disclosed.

  3. What a load of b*******t , This is a joke. I worked for this man as a teacher. He is respectful, and ASKED if he could hug me when I was upset. So loyal and into his family, especially his boys. As a white woman I never felt threatened by him. This guy is gold and always had my back Xx

  4. The sad thing is this person had this history in schools going back many years. Several teachers complained to their line managers about his behaviour. If it is not dealt with seriously in the first place, it only gets worse as the person moves higher up the promotion ladder. Very sad for the women concerned.
