A LOVING husband has donated £10,000 to the Breast Cancer Unit at Southend Hospital, in gratitude for the outstanding care his wife received.
Benfleet resident Sultan Taylor’s wife was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2023. Thanks to the incredible care at Southend and Broomfield hospitals, she is now on her way to full remission.
Grateful for the support his wife received, Sultan, Board Vice Chairman of Provide Community Interest Company, made a generous donation through his employer’s charitable giving program.
He said: “We cannot thank the staff at both hospitals enough for the care they provided to us. The treatment and compassion by all the staff during my wife’s chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery have been truly magnificent.”
